Beau is a 3 1/2 yr old, 55lb, tri colored
male. He is neutered. He has a super personality. He is good
with dogs and people of all ages.
Currently Beau is living with some 20+
other bassets. As you know some bassets have a little bit
of an issue with authority. Beau happens to be one of those.
If you have dogs it might be better if they were older dogs
who can keep him in his place.

Bosco is a tri colored, 6 yr old, 55lbs,
male. He is neutered.
He is great with everyone, people of
all ages, dogs other animals. Bosco is so laid back, you wouldn't
even know he is in the room most of the time.
Bosco has a sister Holly.
They need to be kept together because they are very attached
and have been together since birth. They are both very laid
back.

female. She is 6 yrs old. She is great with everyone and dogs.

Cooper is a 19 month old, tri color
male. Approximaltly 55lbs. He is not neutered. He has a super
personality. Gets along well with other dogs and people of

Jacque's is a 65 lb, tri color male.
His actual age is unknown. He is believed to be about 5-7
years old because he is whiter in the face than a young basset.
He is not neutered.
He is great with dogs and people of all
ages.
He has a home again chip in him that
is not programmed. If you adopt Jacque, Colonial will give
you the chip ID so you can register him. eNumber of chip is
avaiable so you can register him.

Toby is an 8 yr old, 65lb, tri colored,
neutured male. Great with people of all ages. He tends to
very selective over which dogs he will be friends with and
which he wants to dominate. But he is living with 20+ other
bassets right now and doing well.
I am just the webmaster at Colonial but,
I will say for some reason Toby stole my heart and I think
he would steal yours too if you met him.

Droop is a red and white 5 yr old, unneutured
male. He is very sweet and loves everyone. Don't let his sweetness
fool you though. he does have some issues with authority.
He would improve a lot if he were neutered. He tends to get
aggressive around female dogs in heat.

Hannah is a ttri colored, 4 1/2 year
old, unspayed female. She can be somewhat aggressive towards
other dogs. She would probably better as an only dog. She
is very loving towards people. Her attitude might improve
if she were spayed. She loves kids is very sweet.

Grant is a red (with a patch of white),
8 yr old, 65lbs, neutured male. He is super loveable but could
stand to be on a diet. He loves people and dogs. Though he
is good with children he'd probably be etter with toddlers
vs babies. The previous owners had to give him up because
he was a little possive of the baby. He is super friendly.

Scooby Doo was adopted once but was
returned to the rescue because he was food aggressive. He
needs someone with patience and understanding of this. He
is 4 1/2 years old, neutured, and has a little issue with
authority. He is currently with 17 other fosters and he is
ok with the dogs and food. He is more upset if he has food
and you try to take it. He is great with people.

Pearl is a tri colored, 12 yr old, 70lb,
spayed female. She is very quiet and laid back. She has a
great personality about her. She is very gentle. She likes
people and dogs.
She does have a fatty tumor on her chest
and extra skin on toe. She has been checked by vet and is
very healthy. These types of things are common in older dogs.

Ozzie is a 10 yr old, tri colored, 55lb,
neutured male. He is good with adolescents and adults. If
you have young kids Ozzy is probably not right for you. He
can be food aggresive but only when its with his food. He
should be in a room alone when fed and not with other dogs.

ChiChi is a mix breed, 8 yr old, tri
colored terrirer basset mix. She is very friendly and loves
affection. She needs to be only dog in the household. She
is very loving and sweet but not so great with other dogs.
With people she is great.

Frankie is a tri-color, neutered male. He weighs in at 84 pounds. He is currently on medication to treat Lyme Disease. He is up to date on his medical. He is between 7 & 8 years old. He has a super personality. Frankie is a very laid back type of guy. He loves people & other animals of all ages.
